Many of my friends became my enemies, many enemies became friends - only those who never cared either way remained constant.

*Blinks* It's sad. But you're right, death is one thing you can't avoid. It will happen to us all, you, your loved ones, your enemies too...not that I really have any. It's sad to think about it, I don't want to lose people, and I don't want them to feel lonely without me. But...I know oneday something will happen to us causing us to go somewhere else for a while, wait to meet again...I highly doubt all those I care about will die at the same time...I wonder if there's a bird that will miss this one. Where was it flying to that day? Did it fly to all the places it wanted to? Did it ever really appreciate the feeling of the air beneath its wings? Do we ourselves take things for granted? Can you tell me how it feels to place your feet on the ground after you've been laying asleep? Describe to me the sensation of a teardrop falling down your cheek or the taste of coffee when it first touches your lips. Yes, we will die, we all will...but until then we should pay attention to the things around us, enjoy them...we won't always be there to experience them. On a similar note, enjoy the company of those you love, I know many people go over this, but seriously, you won't always be there for each other in body. Make the most of the time you do have with them. Treasure those times, and cherish the memories you have when you are not with them. :)

death is a part of life...once that realization is instilled in your mind there will be no fear of the inevitable. from the day we are born into this world, we begin to die. the people who matter the most in this lifetime will will always be close to you in a spiritual way.
:icongemstars:
Indeed they will. However, I've never believed that we're all dying. I don't think that's how it works. I think you're born, and you're living....no, not slowly dying. Just living. It's a state of being, incarnate. There'll be a time your soul starts to become disconnected from this realm. Then, and only then are you beginning to die.
